Teach 16 week and accelerated courses in NT4.0 Technology, NT Administration (MS Test 70-067 & 70-73), and Internet Information Server 4.0 (MS Test 70-087). The curriculum is designed around passing the Microsoft tests, with the Microsoft press books as the core of my curriculum. I also use other sources of information and testing (Transender, Exam Cram, etc) to improve the student’s ability to understand complex concepts and to pass the Microsoft test.

Manage The test departments for 2 buildings: Interview new employees, help current employees with HR issues, training, and to develop to their highest potential. New Product Integration: Make the transition of a customers product line to our facility as smooth as possible. Test Platform Support: Maintaining fixtures and test programs for Incircuit test platforms (GenRad, HP3070, and Zehntel). I have also wire wrapped fixtures, run time debugging, and source code changes as well as writing operation processes and instructions for testing and running of the test machines. Other: I designed and build test jigs for boards or components.

Summary:                     I have worked with electronics from through hole industrial controls to multilayered surface mount PCBs. I have done programming in, Visual Basic, Visual C++,  Basic (different computers), "C", Digital Command Language (DCL), GenRad Operating System, Zehntel Operating System, and others right down to machine language. I am a member of the "Mentor" program. The Mentor program was designed to assist new employees in getting familiar with their respective jobs, coworkers, and departmental surroundings including safety and first aid.
